Coach for Choice: Free 30-minute Executive Coaching Session for Leaders

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

As an ICF certified Creativity and Growth Executive Coach, I focusing on moving people and businesses forward with a new creativity and growth framework that helps align action and connection. But those accomplishments, albeit mired in a deep commitment to help leaders tap into their potential, create meaningful momentum, and drive impactful strategies were overshadowed by the SCOTUS decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. As a recipient of several business awards for women in leadership, I felt that my practice needed an action plan that honored all who are and will continue to be impacted by limiting access to reproductive healthcare.

An unprecedented upheaval.

The unprecedented SCOTUS decision overturns a fundamental right that has been in place for the entirety of my adult life. The majority opinion of the court reflects less than 28% of the voting population's sentiments. Yet, overturning Roe v. Wade changes the landscape immediately for 40 million American citizens. Never before has an U.S. constitutional right been removed by the highest court in the land, leaving many confused, angry and looking to leadership for support and action. If you're a leader, I’d like to help you explore what your leadership requires and what actions you can take.

And I’ll do it for free. Why? Because it matters. And because I believe leaders need a space where they can safely explore what actions are authentic to their organization, to their workforce, to their personal values, and to their country. Millions of people are impacted by the SCOTUS decision and they are on your teams and in your workforce. They are looking for leadership to step up. And as a leader, you may need a safe, trustworthy place to express what propels you forward as well as what may be holding you back. You may want to explore ideas on how to move forward with compassion and humanity. Or you may need help to move ideas into action. Leaders are not judged on what they commit to do, but on what they actually do, and then whether those actions are done with empathy and purpose.

Being a leader in turbulent times can often feel lonely, yet you are not alone. I am offering any leader of an organization or a team that would like to explore coaching on any topic, one 30-minute coaching session on how to get started. And yes, this session is truly free of charge and free from politics. There is no expectation of continued engagement, my motiviation is to help you find your momentum.

What’s the fine print? Just two requests:

  1. You donate to an agency that is committed to access to reproductive health care and reproductive choice. As a leader, you know the importance of accountability. Your honor code and your word are good enough for me; and

  2. You bring an authentic and action-oriented mindset to our session.

Scheduling is easy. To schedule a phone or video session, you can do so through this link. Available sessions will dynamically adjust to your time zone. I have set aside appointments for the next 60 days and I will continue to keep this link active as long as there is a need and a demand.

My commitment to you. Your coaching session will abide by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. With you in the driver’s seat, I’ll help you navigate towards an action plan that you create. As a professional coach and an ICF member, I will maintain the highest confidentiality standards and reflect the ICF Core Values. Together, we will explore how you can build authentic, meaningful action on this subject or any subject that can move you forward in your leadership. I promise that your 30-minutes will be collaborative, equitable, and focused on our collective humanity.

There is no better time to get started than now.
